Shipping Policy for See’s Candies

At See’s Candies, delivering your favorite chocolates safely and promptly is our priority. Here is a detailed overview of how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery to ensure you receive your treats fresh and on time.

Order Processing

We process all orders from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note these important timing rules:

Orders placed after 6:30 AM PST will be processed on the next business day.
Weekend orders begin processing the following Monday or next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping charges depend on your order total and delivery destination within the continental United States. Rates are applied per shipment, and if your order ships in multiple boxes, each shipment could incur separate fees. The breakdown for standard shipping is as follows:

Orders $80.00 and over: Free standard shipping
Orders from $45.00 to $79.99: $7.95 standard shipping
Orders under $45.00: $9.95 standard shipping

Delivery Timeframes

For domestic shipments, expect delivery within 3-7 business days after your order has shipped. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if faster delivery is needed.

International deliveries generally take between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Since customs delays are beyond our control, please allow extra time if you require delivery by a specific date.

Shipping to Warm Climates

Because our chocolates are temperature-sensitive, we take extra care during warm weather periods. When high temperatures occur, we use insulated packaging and expedited shipping to prevent melting.

We may delay shipments if conditions at the destination are too hot to guarantee safe delivery; in that case, you will be notified, and your order will ship as soon as conditions improve.

To avoid packages remaining in hot warehouses or transport over weekends, during warmer months we generally do not ship orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays.

Where We Ship

See’s Candies ships to most U.S. addresses including PO boxes and APO/FPO locations, keeping in mind that delivery to PO boxes and military addresses may take longer, and freshness cannot be guaranteed for heat-sensitive products sent to these destinations.

If your address does not appear as a shipping option at checkout, it's due to restrictions such as carrier limitations or local regulations preventing delivery at that location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor progress on the carrier’s website. Tracking updates may occasionally pause for several days due to batch scanning.

If the tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery window, please contact us at ralphbrooks107210@outlook.com so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Please review your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order—changes cannot be made afterward. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

If your tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and your mailroom first. Should the package remain missing, please contact us to file a claim with the carrier.

International Orders & Customs

If you order internationally, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are your responsibility and separate from your payment to See’s Candies. We recommend checking with local customs offices for an estimate of these charges before placing your order.
